It’s an extremely fast and powerful torrent meta-search engine that correlates it’s results from dozens of other sites into one location.
IsoHunt.com – Created in 2003 by Gary Fang, IsoHunt is a powerful Bit Torrent website. It offers downloads and a popular P2P community for sharing user opinions, comments and ratings about downloadable media. It allows API access, has a forum, includes chat, a toolbar, widgets and plugins.
ExtraTorrent.com – Since its inception in 2006, it has become and one of the world’s largest files sharing systems today. It allows free downloading for user to get sorts of content easily. This easy-to-use directory and search engine includes a forum, blog, articles, chat and even offers and add-on toolbar.
TorrentHound.com – Started in 2007 it has allowed users to upload and download files online. It crawls the Internet using custom filters to find new information as soon as it is made available, then add it to its index or flag it after getting passed through their health check system. Fenopy.com – Founded on 2005, Fenopy claims to be the first web 2.0 Torrent website. YourBittorrent.com – Since 2003 they have been allowing people to share listed Torrents with friends from around the world.
Btscene.eu – Initially launched in 2007 as Btscene.com, Btscene.eu is a huge P2P content distribution system, but offers mostly basic sharing features such as uploading and downloading torrent files.
Demonoid.me – Started in 2003 by an anonymous source, it is a BitTorrent tracker and website that allows users to search for free; however, to use its advanced features it requires user registration. The registration, which is is by invitation only, gives users the ability upload torrents, share documents, use the forums, chat, comment, report bad items and keep track of seeders and leechers.
